Vehicle Crime

Officers have achieved a positive result in relation to recent theft‑from‑motor‑vehicle incidents in the area. 

A male was arrested in South Chadderton by Pc 02831 JABBAR in connection with these offences which have occurred around the area of South Chadderton and has since been interviewed. He has now been bailed while the Crown Prosecution Service reviews the evidence and makes a charging decision. 

This is encouraging progress, and officers will continue working to reduce vehicle crime and keep our neighbourhood safe.
